Any repair, maintenance, or refurbishment jobs arranged by RIGHTHOMES4U will include a 10% service charge, added to the total cost of the contractor’s invoice.

Coordinating access and approvals
Quality assurance follow-up and documentation
Invoice processing and landlord reporting
The service charge will be clearly itemised on your monthly landlord statement.
